Buffalo Half Marathon

I registered for the Buffalo Half Marathon! I’m so excited. It will be my second half. It’s in May 2014. I can’t wait to start training! My first half I had a time of 3:08. I used a strategy of running 3 miles, walk 1, run 3, walk 1, run 2, walk 1, run the rest of the way. It worked out pretty good. I didn’t have much pain or side stitches, my feet felt fine. My arms were chafing and so was the inside of my legs a little. My longest race before that half was a 15k. I’m going to be better prepared for the second half!
